Barb Bishop (MB Genetics, Rio, WI) was presented the 2009 Art Pope Award at the 2009 Wisconsin Sheep & Wool Festival by Amy Jones, President of the Wisconsin Sheep Breeders Cooperative.  The Art Pope Award is the highest achievement award given every year by the WSBC.
